Ferrara and its Duchy

Day 1: Arrival in Ferrara on Friday, by early afternoon and free visit to theCastello Estense, the iconic symbol of the city. In the evening, stroll along the Darsena before embarking on the ”NENA,” an ancient Venetian boat, completely restored, which sails along the Po di Volano offering an evocative view of the city from the river. An aperitif will be served on board during the navigation. Duration 1 hour 30 min.

Day 2:The trip begins with a guided walking tour of the medieval city, theCathedraland the Cathedral Museum . The walk will continue along theJewish ghettoand along the ancient and picturesqueVia delle VolteLunch/tastingIn the afternoon guided tour of theMuseum of Palazzo Schifanoia

Day 3: We will continue to the heart of theRenaissance city, better known as the“Addizione Erculea”among architectural masterpieces, elegant streets and the imposing walls that embrace the city as evidence of a glorious past.
